Summary of EOI Proposal
MoFund Africa is on a mission to revolutionize philanthropy in Africa by bridging the funding gap and empowering African non-profits and social enterprises. We focus on enhancing the capacity of these organizations through innovative funding approaches, impact measurement, and data collection, fostering a more equitable and impactful funding ecosystem.
Mofund wishes to engage the services of a contractor to design and build its office space located in Nairobi, Kenya. We hereby invite qualified contractors to submit their proposals in response to the scope described below. The purpose of the EOI is to provide a shortlist of contractors to take part in the tender process.
Services to be provided by the Contractors
Awarded contractors will be expected to provide Design of the office space layout and fit out as well as construct the office in accordance with the fit-out plan.
Eligibility and Minimum Qualification Criteria.
Any interested contractor shall provide in response to this call for expression of interest:
- Be a registered individual/company qualified in the field of civil and building construction works.
- Must possess technical skills and knowledge of the work
- Experience: Minimum of 3-year experience in the field
- Vendor shall provide valid company documents That is: Certificate of registration NCA, Category 1, Building Works with Kenyan National Construction Authority and Statutory company registration licenses
- Excellent demonstrated ability to be flexible and work under tight deadlines in an independent working environment.
