Grantees
Meet our 2026 grantees
Before we fund a changemaker, we spend ten months working alongside them in the Africa Impact Academy. In that time we come to understand the work they do, the problems they are solving, the change they can create in their communities, and the kind of funding that will best help them achieve their plans. We then fund the one thing that stands between them and their next growth stage, whether that is stronger systems, legal and tax compliance or new technology, so that they can earn the trust of larger funders and investors and get through the hardest stage of their work.
The ten changemakers below are our first grantees. We invite you to be part of their work by giving, mentoring them, buying their products and services, or introducing them to people who can help them grow.
